1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for watches purchased from Watch Haus.com under the following circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your watch arrives damaged or has a functional defect upon delivery, you may request a return. Proof of damage (e.g., photos or video) must be submitted via email to support@watch-haus.com before the return process can begin.

Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that does not match your order due to an error in fulfillment, you are eligible to return it at no fault of your own.
2. Exclusions from Returns
Please note that we do not accept returns in the following cases:

Change of Mind or Customer Dissatisfaction: Returns requested due to buyer’s remorse, a change of heart, or preferences (such as strap sizing or style) are not accepted.

Manufacturer Warranty Limitations: Our watches do not come with an Authorized Dealer (AD) or manufacturer warranty. However, every purchase is backed by Watch Haus’s 2-Year In-House Warranty, covering functionality-related issues.
If your watch requires service under this warranty, it must be returned to our designated international service center at the customer’s expense. The appropriate return address will be provided upon request.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@watch-haus.com or message us via our verified social media channels within 48 hours of delivery to report any damage or defect. Please include your order number and clear images of the issue. -
Step 2: Obtain Return Authorization
Once your return is approved, you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions for shipping the item back to our international returns facility. -
Step 3: Ship the Watch Back
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to protect your return during transit. -
Step 4: Product Inspection
Upon receipt of your returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm the reported defect or error. -
Step 5: Refund or Replacement
If the return is approved, you will receive either a full refund or a replacement watch, depending on product availability and your preference.
