1. Are the watches you sell authentic?

Absolutely. All timepieces sold by Watch Haus are 100% authentic and sourced exclusively from authorized dealers and verified suppliers. Every watch undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it reaches your hands. We do not deal in replicas or refurbished items—only genuine luxury.


2. Do your watches come with an Authorized Dealer (AD) warranty?

While our watches do not come with a manufacturer’s or AD warranty, we proudly offer a 2-year in-house warranty on every purchase made through Watch Haus.com. This warranty covers internal mechanical and functional defects not caused by misuse or wear and tear.

In the rare event you receive a defective item upon delivery, you may return it within 7 days of receipt. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.


3. How do I place an order?

Placing an order at Watch Haus is secure and straightforward:

Shipping is free—globally. There are no extra charges at checkout or upon delivery (with rare exceptions outlined in our Shipping Policy).

  • We ship using reputable international courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.


5. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped (usually within 5–8 business days), you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
